Shipping Policy
How Your Order is Fulfilled
Every Hilarious Furry Friends portrait is custom-made to order and printed by our fulfillment partners (Printful and Printify), who operate facilities across North America, Europe, and Australia. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to your delivery address, which means faster shipping and lower costs wherever you are.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes through production. This typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and time of year. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.) production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–20 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $90 CAD
- Orders under $90 CAD: shipping calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before reaching out. Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If your order appears lost, contact us at hello@hilariousfurryfriends.ca and we'll investigate and make it right.
