Returns & Refunds Policy
Because every Hilarious Furry Friends poster is custom-made to order using your pet's photo, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. This is standard for print-on-demand products — your portrait is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@hilariousfurryfriends.ca with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or issue
We'll make it right with a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the original.
Reprints & Refunds Approved claims will receive either a replacement print or a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.
What We Can't Cover We're unable to offer refunds or reprints for:
- Issues caused by low-resolution photos submitted by the customer
- Orders where the preview was approved before printing
